First of all I would like to say this is my first Tutorial so go easy on the criticism!
BACK UP default.xbe & datadvd.afs
1. Download the hack if you haven’t all ready:
2. FTP datadvd.afs & Default.xbe from the DOAXBV directory on the Xbox HDD
3. Run xbh-dxvh.exe found in the .zip
4. File -> Open
5. Check off items you want (you need Texture Hack & Bikini Hack)
6. File -> Save
7. FTP default.xbe back to DOAXBV folder on Xbox HDD.
Now we are going to update the Textures.
1. Run xbh-dxvi.exe found in .Zip
2. Browse for datadvd.afs and open it.
3. Press inject
4. It will then start to inject the textures.
You are now complete just FTP your edited data.afs & default.xbe to your DOAXBV folder and your done!

If it goes wrong just Insert your original/backup game disc and take the original unedited files from there and put them back in the folders they came from! Also if you ask very nicely I can send you the PAL original files!
